We verify all our babysitters’ identities with BankID and then conduct thorough background checks in several different registers, including the criminal records register. We have a direct connection so if a nanny is ever indicted, gets unpaid debts, or is investigated for a serious crime, the account is automatically locked. We always apply a zero-tolerance policy, so even minor offenses result in the account being locked. We will never compromise on our users’ safety.

In addition, we have one of Sweden’s most comprehensive insurance policies that compensate up to 10 million kronor via IF. Liability, accident, and property insurance are always automatically included for all our assignments.

We have the lowest prices in Sweden, while our nannies get paid just as well. On average, our customers pay around 120 SEK/hour for babysitting, but it can vary between 90 SEK/hour and all the way up to 190 SEK/hour. The price depends on the nanny’s age and experience.

Yes, with Yepstr you choose your nanny, not a salesperson. After you have posted a job, we present relevant babysitters, and you choose which ones you want to proceed with. If none of the candidates are suitable, you can request new candidates at no additional cost.

Of course! After you have found a nanny you are happy with, you can easily manage the relationship smoothly in the Yepstr app. We recommend having multiple babysitters to help out alternately, so you always have a nanny available if the other is sick or booked.
