Cancellation policy for teenagers

When you accept a job, you’re expected to show up and complete it as agreed. If something comes up, always let the customer know in advance - it shows respect and gives them a chance to find a replacement.

When you accept a job on Yepstr, you’re committing to show up and complete the work as agreed. Someone is counting on you, and cancelling late or not showing up can create real problems for the customer. We understand that things can happen, but it’s important to show respect for each other’s time. Only cancel if you truly need to - otherwise it may affect your chances of getting booked again.

If something comes up, contact the customer as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours before the job starts. This gives them a chance to find a replacement. Not showing up without informing the customer is taken very seriously and may lead to being blocked from taking more jobs on Yepstr.

So remember - things can happen, but what matters most is that you communicate in time.
