Where is my salary
Haven’t received your salary yet? Here’s what might have happened and what you can do.
When you get paid for a job, your salary will show up under the "Account" tab. From there, you can withdraw it anytime by clicking "Cash out."

I don’t see my salary under "Account"
This usually means the customer hasn’t paid yet.
If you know they have paid but still don’t see your money – contact us and we’ll help you out!
I cashed out but don’t see the money in my bank account
Sometimes it takes a few minutes before the money shows up.
If you cashed out on a weekend or holiday, it might take longer - some banks don’t process payments then. You should see the money on the next business day.
